Grupo Insur will build 120 new homes in Estepona (Málaga) after acquiring a 10,802 square meter plot in the urban center of the town of Malaga. The comprehensive real estate management company now has 400 homes under development on the Costa del Sol. For the development of this project, Grupo Insur will allocate a total investment of 23 million euros.

The new residential, Insur Scala, whose works are scheduled to begin in spring 2022, has a buildable area of ​​14,043 square meters and a maximum allowed height of ground floor plus two. Located in the SUP R-6 'Juan Benítez' sector next to the Felipe VI Municipal Auditorium, the Athletics Stadium and the Municipal Stadium, and very close to the promenade and the beach, it also has quick access to the A7 through the Juan Carlos I. Avenue
Designed by the CHS Arquitectos studio, Insur Scala will be a residential with one, two, three and four bedroom homes with unbeatable views, two swimming pools; an infinity on the covered floor and another in the ground floor gardens, next to the social club and the outdoor common areas. The houses will be equipped with a garage and storage room.

As stated by Zacarías Zulategui, director of Grupo Insur de Andalucía, "this new real estate project represents a step forward in our growth and consolidation strategy in Malaga, which has become one of our main investment areas for Grupo Insur". Following this strategy, Insur acquired last month a site next to the old Tabacalera facilities, located in one of the main expansion areas of Malaga capital, where it will develop a new and unique office project, under the name of Ágora, in a plot of more than 2,800 m² with 9,500 m² of buildable area.

These new projects join the already consolidated presence that Grupo Insur has been developing for more than a decade, in the various territories of the Costa del Sol, with projects as unique as Elements, Alminar and Los Naranjos, in Marbella and Altos del Retiro , Residencial Puerta del Mar and Plaza del Teatro, in Malaga capital.
 
The real estate group, which last year celebrated its 75th anniversary, closed 2020 with a profit of 21.1 million euros. In the first quarter of the year, it obtained a profit after tax of 3.2 million euros, doubling the 1.6 million obtained in the same period of the previous year. Likewise, it has already doubled in this first quarter its consolidated turnover of 35.1 million euros and its equity activity grew by 10 percent this first quarter of the year.
